Your suppliers don't need to be on the platform for you to start. Three request types cover the situations your supply chain actually has — two of them work whether the provider is onboarded or not, so you can begin requesting today. And every response becomes reusable rather than throwaway.

Onboarded providers maintain a catalogue of approved data on the platform. Requestors browse what's available and select what they need — no follow-up emails required.
Free-format query.
For one-off questions or providers not yet on Rise-X, send an ad-hoc query and capture the response inside the same audit trail as the rest of your data.
Templated request.
Send a structured template (e.g. Forced Labour, GHG, custom). The provider answers once, and their response is stored as a reusable asset — ready to satisfy the next requestor without redoing the work.
How the catalogue grows.
Every response can become a reusable asset. Non-onboarded providers can answer a templated request without an account, then opt into lightweight onboarding to store and surface what they hold. Onboarded providers receiving a free-format query can choose to answer it using a fitting template — turning a one-off response into ready-to-go data for the next requestor. Either way, the catalogue strengthens with every exchange.
